RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your product’s order, simply return the item(s) to us within 6 days from the date of purchase.
Return with shipping receipt and products must be in new condition (unopened, unworn, and in the original box and/or packaging) with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs will not be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your product’s order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund within 6 days in good condition and unopened.

– Bundles, Party Kits and/or Costume
– Balloon Decorations
– Foil and latex Balloons
– Helium tanks
– Personalize Items
– Printable Items
– Event confirmation and Setup
PROCESSING TIME
Once our Customer Support Team has been notified of your request to return, it usually takes 10-15 business days for us to receive the returned item(s), performs a quality check, update your account and issue a refund. Depending on the method of payment, your bank/financial institution may take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.
